2019 Event

Talent.Service.Impact is a program founded in 2019 by the Harvard Club of Dallas to connect the talented and educated local alumni of Harvard and other universities to a curated set of local non-profits looking for skilled volunteers and board members.

TSI Non-Profit Fair 2019

At our inaugural event, we were joined by exceptional small and medium-sized local nonprofits at a fun and entertaining evening at the Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT). Together, we launched a new public service program to connect our communities' great skills and talents to our broader community’s great opportunities.

Highlighted at the event were skilled volunteer and board position opportunities for our alums to have deep and meaningful impacts. Examples of volunteer opportunities included: developing new programs, strategic planning, financial management, teaching, organizing/running initiatives, marketing/promotion, leading IT initiatives, and more.

The highlight of the evening was a lively ``pitch session`` moderated by Erin Hartigan.
