In order to fulfill its mission, Jubilee Park uses five pillars of comprehensive community revitalization: Economic Opportunity, Education and Workforce, Housing, Health, and Safety. Jubilee Park provides educational enhancements through the highest quality afterschool and summer programs and helps families and other members of the community identify and access resources that help to provide stability and enhance their quality of life.

Furthermore, Jubilee Park offers opportunities for parent education and involvement and aims to build community relations among diverse cultures.
