You are matched with a family who is fostering. Volunteers will meet up with the family once a month. Each Love Box group looks different and is based on the families needs and the volunteers capabilities to provide. This is a great way to be hands on with a family in need.
Volunteer is matched with a youth in foster care. They meet 2 times a months and begin working through milestones together. It can look different for every youth, but a few examples of milestones are obtaining a drivers license or learning how to do personal finances.
The Advisory Board at DFW Angels is made up of community members that align with our mission and want to be more involved. AB members share their connections with DFW Angels, as well as, their expertise in certain fields.
